"PREP FOR REP" August 2025 Camp (15 HOURS ON ICE!) August 11 - 15 Sportsworld Arena (Kitchener - Off 401) $585 TOTAL (boys and girls) ***ALL CAMP PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE AN EVOLUTION HOCKEY JERSEY*** This camp is intended to get players ready for REP TRYOUTS and / or their REP SEASON. The focus will be on conditioning, game scenario drills, shooting in stride, passing, edgework, training that will help all players excel in their season. Players will have proper time for rest, nutrition breaks, hydration breaks. With 3 hours on ice daily, we will take time to slow down drills, and teach more concepts and tactics, as well work on conditioning and game action! Off ice activities will include proper stretching, fun games, hockey specific exercises, and proper time for rest, nutrition, and hydration. U8 - UI12 Players will be split into 2 groups based on age and skill level. Come and train with the best!! GOALIES!!! Please email ask@evolution.hockey for details and rates!!
